Grace Valley High School
A Christian discipleship program with accelerated academics.
Think and Act Biblically
Grace Valley High School is a unique program for Christian students interested in growing in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Our faculty helps students think and act biblically, and to be guided by a renewed mind in order to discover God’s will in every situation (Romans 12:2). Students learn to “delight in the law of the Lord” (Psalm 1:2), as they study the Bible and experience the joy of Christian life.
Early Graduation with College Credit
Our students take advanced high school courses while also fulfilling UC and CSU general education requirements through community college courses. This accelerated program allows students to graduate from high school one year early (at the end of 11th grade), having already completed nearly two years of college credit. This not only cuts the cost of college in half for most students, but allows those pursuing advanced degrees (such as medicine or law) to begin their professions in their early 20s instead of approaching 30. And, for students who aren’t quite as sure, the advanced academic calendar in high school gives them more time in college to find the career and educational path that God has for them.
In addition to accelerated math, English, science, and history courses, our well-rounded program includes physical education, public speaking, career exploration, Bible classes, Spanish, and more. Students may also participate in music performances and drama productions, and benefit from extensive college and career counseling workshops with local professionals. Our high school alumni are regularly admitted to UC and CSU schools for engineering, biological sciences, business, and education, and several are currently excelling in top graduate programs in medicine as well as law.
Growing in Leadership
Students are also encouraged to grow in leadership, serving as teaching assistants and in other positions of responsibility on our campus. Our flexible program also allows our students to engage with the local community as volunteers, and to enjoy unique learning activities such as Handel’s Messiah at Grace Cathedral in San Francisco, a week-long Freedom Tour in Boston, a trip to Washington, D.C. to tour our nation’s capitol, and other exciting adventures.

“The students from Grace Valley are truly the best gifts an instructor could ever ask for—they are respectful, hardworking and dedicated.”
